Many of us grew up in the era of famous actor Jackie Chan. The Chinese man is one of the most historic film stars. Brace yourself to see the man live as he is set to visit Kenya very soon.
Chan’s profile reads that he is an actor, action choreographer, comedian, director, producer, martial artist, screenwriter, entrepreneur, singer, and stunt performer. Did you know that Chan is a trained vocalist and he has even released a number of albums and sung many of the theme songs for the films he has starred?
Jackie will be accompanied by basketball player Yao Ming. Yao was the tallest player in the NBA, remembered to have last played for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Ming is now retired and only aims at doing campaigns to change the world.
A local daily revealed that the Chinese celebrities will be landing in Kenya on August 16 courtesy of Safarilink Airlines based at Wilson Airport. They will be coming to campaign against purchasing of tusks, skin and horns of wild animals. The Chinese will be pushing for preservation of the wild animals which are set to become extinct if the trend continues.
